Ayurvedic Home Remedies

Within the home, Ayurveda provides for numerous self-help remedies that use easily available household ingredients. Unlike modern medicines that greatly weaken the system, Ayurvedic potions strengthen one’s immunity by aiding the body in fighting and preventing disease. In addition to being readily accessible and low on cost, these remedies provide the added advantage of having no side effects. For this reason the following measurements need not be precise, as taking more or less of any particular ingredient would not harm the body in any way.
