Ayurveda
Ayurveda (Devanagari: आयुर्वेद ) or ayurvedic medicine is a form of alternative medicine in use primarily in the Indian subcontinent. The word "Ayurveda" is a tatpurusha compound of āyus "life" and veda "knowledge", and would roughly translate as the "Science of Life". Ayurveda deals with the measures of healthy living, along with therapeutic measures that relate to physical, mental, social and spiritual harmony. Ayurveda is also one among the few traditional systems of medicine involving surgery.
Bhu Mata
The ancient Vedic sages viewed the Earth[Bhu Matha - Mother Earth] as a divine goddess, a being who had feelings and consciousness, and who responded to our prayers and actions. The sages sang beautiful hymns of gratitude to Mother Earth, wished her peace in rhythmic peace prayers, and also performed elaborate fire ceremonies for her peace and happiness.

Jyotish
Jyotisha (jyotiṣa, in Hindi and English usage Jyotish) is the Hindu system of astrology, one of the six disciplines of Vedanta, and regarded as one of the oldest schools of ancient astrology to have had an independent origin, affecting all other schools in and around India. The Sanskrit word derives from jyótis (disjointed as "Ja"+"Ya"+"O"+"T"+"ish" to get the root meaning as "water or birth"+"in addition to" + "earth" and "stars" + "knowledgeable" equating as one who is knowledgeable, or enlightened with knowledge, of birth, fate, and relationship to water, earth and stars) or which means "light, brightness", but in the plural also "the heavenly bodies, planets and stars".

ACHARYA RASAYANA

Acharya Rasayana – Rejuvenating through behavior

Rasayana is a deep and profound science of producing perfect health, immunity, bliss and ultimate enlightenment. Rishis have described Rasayana therapeutics so that all human beings may have a long and fruitful life where they can have sufficient time to realize their ultimate purpose of life and live a life of total devotion to the source of it all, God. There is no other aim other than to totally surrender to the Divine for out of this infinite intelligence we came and to it we return. We are just part of it but the same one but different. So this great science of Ayurveda addresses this very position we have and gives ebullient answers.

Acharya Rasayana are behavioral rejuvenatives and allow all other Rasayanas (the ones that comprise of herbal preparations) to take effect and renew our cellular intelligence. Simply by following the acharya Rasayanas one becomes renewed and rejuvenated. They are simple but many do not have the restraint to follow. Try for a little while and you will see wonders blossom.

•    One should be truthful at all times

This means one should always speak the truth it is not just about lying or not but it also means one should understand absolute truth which means Vedic science and live accordingly without compromise irrespective of if the society around you is following these norms or not (most often not). One should speak and live truth, only truth.

•    One should remain free from anger at all times

Anger is totally unnecessary, it shows lack of control of the mind and one should detach from the events of the movie of life and control ones expressions.  The mind should be calm like a silent lake and from this calmness one should act.

•    One should avoid alcohol

Alcohol clouds the mind and senses and though it gives some temporary euphoria it is destructive to health and mental peace.

•    One should avoid sexual indulgence

The seminal fluid is a precious dhatu or tissue of the body and any indulgence will lead to loss of seminal fluid and thus should be avoided. Also one should try to contain sexual activity to its normal and natural context rather than allow it to control ones actions. Sex in moderation and the correct context is quite fine but one should strive to be free of constant lusty thoughts.

•    One should refrain from violence

There is never any need for violence in normal behavior. Violence destroys ones health.

•    One should always speak peacefully

•    One should always speak pleasing things, never any harmful words

•    One should chant names of god

•    One should always keep the body and attire and home clean

•    One should be stable and steady despite circumstances surrounding

•    One should always practice charity

•    One should regularly perform penance

•    One should pray regularly

•    One should care for all animals

•    One should respect spiritual elders

•    One should respect the elderly

•    One should always be compassionate

•    One should regulate sleep accordingly neither too much nor too little

•    One should take organic raw milk and organic ghee regularly

•    One should be free of ego in all actions and speech

•    One should be broad minded

•    One should associate with spiritually minded people

•    One should be self controlled

•    One should regularly study ancient texts

The rejuvenatives above are based on ones action and speech and it is something anyone can practice when putting awareness on these matters. Even if you are not 108% there you can make an effort to move in this direction. Bring more Sattva to thought and speech and rejuvenate your body and mind through your behavior.
